Claim Liabilities

The number of claims is unlimited, but Autopair Warranty undertakes to pay only the lesser of the following sums: Up to the sum of three thousand dollars (CA $3,000) per claim if the STANDARD Protection Plan was purchased or six thousand dollars (CA $6,000) per claim if the WORKS Protection Plan was selected, taxes included, for a total maximum of the acquisition cost of the vehicle including taxes. The acquisition cost is provided by the “Clean Section” at the time of said repair visit.
