  Excellent service experience with Autopair specialist Shawn. I've purchased the Autopair warranty for my BMW X5 four years ago. Having initially hesitated to try a 3rd party warranty company, however my experience with Autopair and their specialist Shawn has exceeded my expectations. I've made a few claims so far, and each time Shawn has been worked on my claim properly and helped me to get a good deal from the repair shop, Shawn is very knowledgeable and helpful. He also took the time to explain various aspects of my vehicle's repair, providing me with good information.   I purchased a warranty 2 years ago. I had a claim for the water pump about a year ago. I dealt with Alex and it was quite simple. I just had another breakdown due to my electronic control module. I submitted a claim using the submission portal (very easy process) and my claim was approved and funds were sent all in the same day. Shawn was great and helped me urgently.   I had an issue of door actuator problem for my evoque, so the door wouldnt completely lock because of it...I did submit the claim on one friday for that,they were able to deal with it Monday and sort it out...please remember I have a work plus warranty...if you think of taking it ,please take the work plus, you won't regret it...

  Shawn the warranty specialist was the person I spoke to 7 months ago when I purchased a plan. The one thing he told me which made me go through with the purchase is that if a claim does come, I would be dealing with him. That made me feel comfortable knowing I had already built a relationship with Shawn. Autopair truly does look after their customers. I submitted a claim 2 days ago over the weekend regarding my engine mount. I got the approval within 24 hours and the money was etransfered to me. Smooth process and during a stressful time those guys at Autopair made it very easy for me. I am new to the country and this service is what every business should aim to be like.   Shawn, the warranty specialist at Autopair is knowledgeable and patient in explaining in detail the process of my claim (my BMW car had water pump breakdown). When I got questions, he always replied to me quickly focusing on how to solve my problems and meet my concern.   My water pump started to leak on my Honda Pilot.   I took it to my mechanic and he quoted me something close to $3000.  I called Autopair and they were able to find the water pump for $1000 cheaper and paid my repair guy his labor to get my car back on the road.
