Please provide the information of the owner of the warranty contract. If you are a repair facility submitting on behalf of the customer please email claims@autopair.ca with the customers information and the related diagnostic reports.

2. Tips and Guidance

All reports or documents submitted have to be typed. Handwritten submissions will not be accepted.

All reports or documents submitted must include the vehicle information such as the Year, Make, Model, VIN and Current Odometer Reading.

All Diagnostic Reports must include the service advisors notes of what is wrong with the vehicle, along with the components that need to be replaced with the cost and labour associated to the repair.
