Down south for a weekend trip and your vehicle breaks down? Head over to any licensed repair facility and let us handle the rest! Only trust your local mechanic or dealership? Let us handle that too!
2. DIAGNOSTIC
Request for a diagnostic report and submit it through our portal
Request a full diagnostic report from the repair facility. Make sure the report follows the guidelines indicated on our submission portal page. Submit the report using our portal to open a new claim ticket.
3. APPROVAL
If it’s a listed component, it’s covered!
The Autopair promise is to have your claim resolved within 12-24 hours! Our claims department will be in contact with you to update you on the process. If it’s a listed component on your contract, it’s covered. Please be sure to wait for the approval of your claim before authorizing any repair!
4. PAYMENT
Receive payment of the approved claim on your Autopair card or a simple E-Transfer!
Once the claims department sends the approval, you may confirm how you would like to receive the payment. This will all be done through email.
You may choose 1 of 2 options:
1. Receive the funds on your Autopair card which was sent to you via mail after purchasing the coverage.
2. Simply receive an E-Transfer payment.
