Overall I would recommend AutoPair. I have filed two claims and both have been approved without hassle (brake caliper and water pump). Shawn is polite and pleasant to deal with, and transparent with his decisions/reasoning. The only downside I've experienced is that it does take a few phone calls/follow-ups to "get things done". If you are willing to be patient for an approval (in my experience 1-2 days) and subsequent payout (in my experience 3-4 days), AutoPair is a good, affordable choice.

I had a problem with the sound system in my Audi Q5 which required a very (or should that be ridiculously?) expensive replacement part. Shawn worked hard to source a part that came in under the $6,000 cap on the policy and saved me significant out-of-pocket costs. Thank you Shawn! There are some exclusions on the policy to watch out for (diagnostics and workshop supplies) and the response took some time - maybe due to the complexity of the case otherwise I'd have given 5 stars.

I had an issue of door actuator problem for my evoque, so the door wouldnt completely lock because of it...I did submit the claim on one friday for that, they were able to deal with it Monday and sort it out...please remember I have a work plus warranty...if you think of taking it, please take the work plus, you won't regret it...
