The Submission Portal allows you to electronically upload and submit diagnostic reports, maintenance reports and other important documents to the Claims Department at Autopair Warranty.
New Submission

Please provide the information of the owner of the warranty contract. If you are a repair facility submitting on behalf of the customer please email [email protected] with the customers information and the related diagnostic reports.

All reports or documents submitted have to be typed. Handwritten submissions will not be accepted.

All reports or documents submitted must include the vehicle information such as the Year, Make, Model, VIN and Current Odometer Reading.

All Diagnostic Reports must include the service advisors notes of what is wrong with the vehicle, along with the components that need to be replaced with the cost and labour associated to the repair.

Upload Report(s) or Document(s)
Individual documents should not exceed 10MB and total document size should not exceed 30MB.
Accepted document formats are: BMP, DOC, DOCX, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG, TIF and TIFF

What happens after submission:
A Warranty Specialist from the Claims Department will review the documents and handle your request accordingly. We may try to reach you if the uploaded reports or documents are illegible or if we need additional information.
