What happens after submission:
A Warranty Specialist from the Claims Department will review the documents and handle your request accordingly. We may try to reach you if the uploaded reports or documents are illegible or if we need additional information.
2. Tips and Guidance
All reports or documents submitted have to be typed. Handwritten submissions will not be accepted.
All reports or documents submitted must include the vehicle information such as the Year, Make, Model, VIN and Current Odometer Reading.
All Diagnostic Reports must include the service advisors notes of what is wrong with the vehicle, along with the components that need to be replaced with the cost and labour associated to the repair.
