My experience with AutoPair Warranty has been amazing so far. My cars ac unexpectedly failed and I was worried about the repair costs. I had a problem with the sound system in my Audi Q5 which required a very (or should that be ridiculously?) expensive replacement part. Shawn worked hard to source a part that came in under the $6,000 cap on the policy and saved me significant out-of-pocket costs. Thank you Shawn!

My ford escape was not blowing hot air. I called Autopair and spoke to Jay. He advised I take my car to the closest shop to find out what’s wrong with it. The shop said I needed a new heater fan motor. I sent the estimate in and got my approval from Jay 45 minutes later. Jay answered all my questions in one call!! Great guy. BEWARE OF THE COVERAGE:
I write this review being a customer of Autopair. Having a few claims during the coverage here are my findings:
Although you follow the manufacturer service schedule the company will not cover you because they have conditions in the fine print that indicate other requirements beyond what the manufacturer suggests.
For claims that are covered they only cover 30 to 40% of the cost of the part. Many times suggesting only re-manufactured parts that might not be close to the quality of an original part. Also for shop repair costs they will go with the cheapest rates that a qualified shop that knows you car brand will be above. Maybe consider another warranty with better terms.
