Overall I would recommend AutoPair. I have filed two claims and both have been approved without hassle (brake caliper and water pump). Shawn is polite and pleasant to deal with, and transparent with his decisions/reasoning. The only downside I've experienced is that it does take a few phone calls/follow-ups to "get things done". If you are willing to be patient for an approval (in my experience 1-2 days) and subsequent payout (in my experience 3-4 days), AutoPair is a good, affordable choice.

Purchased coverage a while ago. Had an issue again with my Grand Cherokee. My calipers were seized and so needed to replace them. Both front sides were paid for labor and parts. I paid for rotors and pads. No more shake in my steering when I brake. Claim went smooth. Thanks.

I had a problem with the sound system in my Audi Q5 which required a very (or should that be ridiculously?) expensive replacement part. Shawn worked hard to source a part that came in under the $6,000 cap on the policy and saved me significant out-of-pocket costs. Thank you Shawn! There are some exclusions on the policy to watch out for (diagnostics and workshop supplies) and the response took some time - maybe due to the complexity of the case otherwise I'd have given 5 stars.

My ford escape was not blowing hot air. I called Autopair and spoke to Jay. He advised I take my car to the closest shop to find out what's wrong with it. The shop said I needed a new heater fan motor. I sent the estimate in and got my approval from Jay 45 minutes later. Jay answered all my questions in one call!! Great guy. My car was back on the road all within the same day!!

Bought my coverage last year, it was quite an easy process and you can pay monthly so it doesn't affect budget to much. Week ago I had to use it for the first time. My water pump leaked.Shawn and Alex were fast and responsive and we quickly came to resolution.I would recommend this type of warranty and AUTOPAIR to anyone

Excellent service experience with Autopair specialist Shawn. I've purchased the Autopair warranty for my BMW X5 four years ago. Having initially hesitated to try a 3rd party warranty company, however my experience with Autopair and their specialist Shawn has exceeded my expectations. I've made a few claims so far, and each time Shawn has been worked on my claim properly and helped me to get a good deal from the repair shop, Shawn is very knowledgeable and helpful. He also took the time to explain various aspects of my vehicle's repair, providing me with good information. Overall, I am very satisfied with the warranty services provided by Shawn and Autopair, the experience has been beyond what I initially expected.

I purchased a warranty 2 years ago. I had a claim for the water pump about a year ago. I dealt with Alex and it was quite simple. I just had another breakdown due to my electronic control module. I submitted a claim using the submission portal (very easy process) and my claim was approved and funds were sent all in the same day. Shawn was great and helped me urgently. I just purchased a plan for my mom's corolla. Peace of mind is worth it.

I had an issue of door actuator problem for my evoque, so the door wouldnt completely lock because of it...I did submit the claim on one friday for that, they were able to deal with it Monday and sort it out...please remember I have a work plus warranty...if you think of taking it, please take the work plus, you won't regret it...
